Project Manager

Justin is from a small town in Orange County New York. His dog Leah is his right-hand girl and can be found riding with him a few days a week. Justin grew up on a dairy farm until he moved to the Wilmington area in 2007 with his four siblings and parents, all still living within 5 miles of each other. Justin has 5 nephews and one niece, they are his pride and joy. Justin loves being outside riding motorcycles, surfing, hunting and fishing whenever he can. He spent two years of his life living in Park city Utah working at the oldest five star resort in deer valley and snowboarding almost daily. After getting snow fever out of his system he decided to focus on a career. This led Justin to new construction. He grew up around construction and a few of his uncles were tradesman. He enjoyed working the summers doing excavation, learning plumbing and carpentry. Justin enjoys the building process and working with clients to make their dreams a reality. He is proud to be working with a company that values quality and relationship with the subcontractors and its clients.

"As we approach the closing of our new home in Ocean Ridge, we would like to thank David Coleman and his team for their professionalism throughout this process. When we came to David with incomplete plans and a vision, he said he could make it happen. David helped us navigate the Ocean Ridge architectural guidelines so we would not have repeated rejections by the review committee. When we presented him with a feature wall for our great room, that we had seen online, his team was willing to tackle it. Fred and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. From a financial perspective, we felt the pricing for our new house was reasonable and both David and Nash were very fair regarding change orders in which we both added and deleted the scope from the original contract. There were a couple of issues that developed during the course of construction after we had signed the contract. David and Nash could have taken a rigid position and said “Read your contract!” But instead, they worked with us to reach highly satisfactory resolutions! We appreciated the use of Buildertrend. It created a record of all communication, selections, and finances. The calendar kept us up to date with what was happening and the pictures were helpful when we were traveling. We would like to thank Rebecca for her help through the selection process. She met us at each of the vendors and guided us through the process. She was willing to meet us at our apartment and at the house whenever we were struggling with choices. I’m sure your new design center will make her job much easier. Finally, we owe a large thank you to our project manager, Will. He met with us bi-weekly at the house to review the progress. He was patient as we asked many questions, and helped us through any changes or concerns we had. Will was on hand to make sure everything was to our liking and completed a lot of the finishing touches himself. He even polished our brass sconces the way his grandmother taught him. Thank you again. Our door is always open to all of you. Looking forward to moving in and enjoying our new home."

Justin completed the drywall walk through with Marc Curnal our Project Manager. The house looks absolutely beautiful and Marc was great to work with. It has been three months since we moved into our new Coleman built home in Sea Trail at Sunset Beach. The home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations in quality, appearance and functionality. We have had and continue to receive positive comments from the community and people driving by on the placement of the home on the lot, as well as the sheer beauty of the home. Because of all the positive comments and the excitement of living in such a well built home, Coleman Fine Homes should be commended for their expertise in building this exquisite home.

We would like to specifically mention individuals and businesses who in our opinion performed their job in a superb, efficient and professional manner. We cannot express how much these individuals and businesses positively impacted the build of our home. Project Manager Marc Curnal – This was Marc’s first home to build for Coleman Fine Homes and he came through with flying colors. Marc’s considerable building knowledge, excellent listening and communication skills, strong organizational ability and great personality was parament in completing, in our opinion, Coleman Fine Homes finest built home. An absolute superb Project Manager! We also wanted to give a positive nod to Emery, who assisted Marc, at times, during this build. Sam Stepahin – Sam assisted and was helpful in our selections with the various suppliers and was attentive when we had concerns or changes to our selections. Nash Tillotson – Nash was our financial go to person when paying our bills for our new home. Nash was always responsive to questions and kept us up to date on our payment schedule. He made the payment process very transparent and less stressful.

Last but not least we would like to thank David Coleman, Robbie Wigal and Anna Saucier for their expertise in designing our home and arranging for all the permits through the various local agencies required to build our home.

Your expertise, tradecraft and attention-to-detail was greatly appreciated as you ensured we covered every room, multiple times for completeness. It was a lot to process, but I left better informed and happy at the end.

I was also impressed with the rapport you have with the various trades who were working at the house at our follow-on meeting. During this walkthrough, you and the electrician walked me through a couple of areas to clarify and agree upon wiring and outlet options and final placement.

One last thing. I routinely share your photos with friends and family. Their comments routinely compliment the overall design asthetics and quality, inside and out, as well as the pace of construction in some challenging weather which makes me happy. They also remark how the construction area is always clean and squared away, both inside and out. I hope this makes you and Mr. Coleman happy as well as it does me.

Starting with you David, your vision, attention to detail and generosity in providing extras, or going the extra mile, is truly noticed and appreciated. Early in the process, when we had questions, you even invited us into your home to discuss the issues. You were always patient with us through our numerous questions.
Throughout this process there has been one person in your company who was always there. He always accepted my texts and calls, and we worked together through many hours, it seemed, to get things accomplished, and to keep the house project moving forward. That person is Nash Tillotson. I can not say enough about Nash. If I were starting a business, I would want him as a part of my team. Always kind and polite, but always trying to get the job accomplished.
Lastly, I would like to talk about our construction manager. Unfortunately, we had three over the course of our project, but the one assigned three months from the date of our completion, Rudy Rogers, is outstanding! He was very communicative with us. He sent pictures and messages regularly, keeping us apprised of the progress. Rudy ALWAYS went above and beyond on trying to meet our requests. He would keep working at it until he got it right! Rudy always responded to texts/calls, was respectful, and the ultimate professional. You are lucky to have Rudy on your team. He is definitely a huge asset.
