Nash Tillotson - CFO

Nash Tillotson was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, and has spent nearly all of his childhood and adult years in various parts of the state. After wrapping up his time at Hoggard High School, Nash attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where in 2016 he acquired his Bachelor's degree in History. It was during his time at UNC, while working at another premiere home building company, that Nash realized his true dream of returning to school to acquire an advanced degree and enter the world of accounting. Nash pursued and satisfied this dream when he went to graduate school and received his Masters of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University in 2017. Upon graduation, Nash moved to Virginia Beach where he cut his teeth and gained experience as a member of a highly dynamic team at an elite regional accounting firm based in Norfolk, Virginia. During his time in Virginia Beach while sharpening his skills and general business knowledge, he earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which he maintains annually. When the opportunity was presented to bring his abilities and experience home to Wilmington and work for Coleman Fine Homes, it was a no brainer. Nash is thrilled to be a part of the team and have the privilege to work for a person and company whose values he's seen and believed in for a long time.

Will Hodges - Project Manager

Will Hodges is a Wilmington native with deep ties throughout Wilmington and Eastern North Carolina. He and his wife Liz have three children. As a family they spend their time playing various sports, hunting, fishing and traveling. Will’s roots are firmly planted in Wilmington, after graduating from New Hanover High School in 2002 he went on to apprentice with a prominent and well-respected custom home builder in Wilmington. It was from his time there; where Will learned the value of quality craftsmanship, meeting deadlines, and customer service. Deciding to spread his wings, Will stepped out on his own and created Hodges Contracting, where they focused on high end custom woodwork. In 2011, Will was offered a once in a lifetime opportunity as a captain on a sport fishing boat, traveling up and down NC competing in the prestigious Marlin tournaments. In 2013, Will and his wife welcomed their first of three children into the world, and he knew it was time to dust off his tools and return to the industry he loves. Will went on to work for two of Wilmington’s premier home builders as a Project Manager for the next eight years. During this time, Will’s fine-tuned his project management skills over the course of building nearly one hundred homes. In 2020 Will was offered a position to come on board with David Coleman, his cousin, at Coleman Fine Homes. David was thrilled to bring on someone with experience, knowledge, and talent who he could trust to help continue to grow his flourishing business. Will is excited to be a part of Coleman Fine Homes expansion and growth.
