As a Wilmington native, David Coleman grew up in his grandfather’s woodshop building birdhouses. This created his passion for craftsmanship and his dream to be a home builder. After a successful academic and athletic high school career at Hoggard High School, he attended college at East Carolina University. In 2013 he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration. David became a licensed General Contractor in 2014 and worked as a Project Manager for a combined four years for two of Wilmington’s premier home builders.

Nash Tillotson

CFO

Nash Tillotson was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, and has spent nearly all of his childhood and adult years in various parts of the state. After wrapping up his time at Hoggard High School, Nash attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where in 2016 he acquired his Bachelor's degree in History. It was during his time at UNC, while working at another premiere home building company, that Nash realized his true dream of returning to school to acquire an advanced degree and enter the world of accounting. Nash pursued and satisfied this dream when he went to graduate school and received his Masters of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University in 2017. Upon graduation, Nash moved to Virginia Beach where he cut his teeth and gained experience as a member of a highly dynamic team at an elite regional accounting firm based in Norfolk, Virginia. During his time in Virginia Beach while sharpening his skills and general business knowledge, he earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which he maintains annually. When the opportunity was presented to bring his abilities and experience home to Wilmington and work for Coleman Fine Homes, it was a no brainer. Nash is thrilled to be a part of the team and have the privilege to work for a person and company whose values he's seen and believed in for a long time.

Robbie Wigal

Robbie is originally from High Point, North Carolina and has lived in the Wilmington area since 2016. His love for the coastal region of the state drove him to move to the area in efforts to enjoy doing what he loves most: fishing, hunting and spending time on the water. Robbie developed a vast knowledge of construction processes and materials while working for a construction supply company for 8 years after finishing school. He then changed paths, entering the Maritime Industry, where he specialized in supplying container ships and offshore vessels with Deck and Engine supplies, ensuring customers had what they needed during their voyage. Robbie has excelled in customer service, team management as well as vendor relations throughout his career. His attention to detail and dedicated work ethic have led him to a career with Coleman Fine Homes where he is able to manage the build process, ensuring that our customer's satisfaction comes first.

Will Davis was born and raised in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The Davis family was involved in the building and developing business as early as the 1950's in the Moore County region. A graduate of NC State University in agriculture, Will has recently had a successful management career in the poultry industry. Outside of work, will and his wife Duvall, have a love for their time spent with family at the coast. Excited about his family background in the construction trade, Will has joined the team as a project manager. Will is looking forward to being a part of the Wilmington community and assisting Coleman Fine Homes in its growth as a premier home builder in the area.

Rudy Rogers

Rudy is a 3rd generation Wilmingtonian, he received his construction management degree from Cape Fear Community College. He has been in various different fields of construction for the past fifteen years. Rudy enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the beautiful area that we live. He also love helping with lots of projects and activities at his church.

Justin Kuperus

Project Manager

Justin is from a small town in Orange County New York. His dog Leah is his right-hand girl and can be found riding with him a few days a week. Justin grew up on a dairy farm until he moved to the Wilmington area in 2007 with his four siblings and parents, all still living within 5 miles of each other. Justin have 5 nephews and one niece, they are his pride and joy. Justin loves being outside riding motorcycles, surfing, hunting and fishing whenever he can. He spent two years of his life living in Park city Utah working at the oldest five star resort in deer valley and snowboarding almost daily. After getting snow fever out of his system he decided to focus on a career. This led Justin to new construction. He grew up around construction and a few of his uncles were tradesman. He enjoyed working the summers doing excavation, learning plumbing and carpentry. Justin enjoys the building process and working with clients to make their dreams a reality. He is proud to be working with a company that values quality and relationship with the subcontractors and its clients.

Austin Hurley

Austin is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina; and has lived in Wilmington for the past four years where he majored in Communication Studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Austin enjoys all that the coast has to offer, including; fishing, hunting, and time spent with friends and family on the beach. Austin’s desire to work in the construction field comes from his previous employment experience of working as a farm manager for a Wilmington native. Austin excels in customer communication, team development, and organizational skills. He is looking forward to developing his skills and trade as a valued member of the Coleman Fine Homes team.

He moved to North Carolina in 2018 with his family of 7 and spent 6 years as a framing contractor with his brothers and dad before transitioning into project management. Married for one year, he is dedicated both to his career and family, using his practical experience and work ethic to manage projects efficiently and effectively.

Rebekah Fry was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina. She graduated from JT Hoggard High school. She went on to East Carolina University graduating with a major in Interior Design and a minor in Business. Rebekah has always enjoyed being creative and innovative. She has a passion for interior design and always knew that’s where she can express her creativity. She was the Head Designer for a well established design firm locally, but when she saw the opportunity to join the team at Coleman Fine Homes she couldn’t pass it up. Not only to broaden her design career, but also to work with such a hardworking and passionate team to guarantee each and every home is beautiful. She expresses it’s important to listen to every homeowner’s wants and needs, while also guiding them to make decisions so their dream home becomes a reality.

Sam loves to get creative with different style homes and exploring new modalities to match her client’s needs and wants. Sam has worked for builders, architects, and decorators but her passion is working with builders on new construction projects. She likes the idea of a blank canvas and creating the perfect home with her clients. In her free time, Sam loves to explore Wilmington, hang out at the beach, and spend time with her family, friends, and dog!

Anna was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City. She moved with her family to the Wilmington area in 2016 where she subsequently attended Cape Fear Community College. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associates Degree in Applied Science with a major in Interior Design and a minor in NKBA Kitchen and Bathroom Design. After graduating college, Anna went on to pursue her passion for building and design and worked for both a local Wilmington builder and an established interior design firm.
She is very excited about being a part of the Coleman Fine Homes team and is looking forward to sharing her experience and expertise in design, organization ability and attention to detail. When Anna isn't at work, you can find her by the beach, and spending time with her husband, their families and their two dogs!

Dennis Pike

Dennis was raised in San Diego. Growing up in a law enforcement family he followed his father's footsteps and went to SDSU earning his bachelor's in criminal justice with a minor in psychology. After managing one of the largest private security firms in San Diego he chose to join the United States Army. Being a combat veteran, he received a Purple Heart while in Afghanistan. After his enlistment contract was up, he found himself upstate New York where he met his beautiful wife, Heather. While advancing his knowledge as a Project Manager for an electric firm in VT he always found himself in front of the customer. Their family came to Southport on vacation to visit and loved the coastal atmosphere and the beach life he grew up with. They chose to relocate to the Wilmington area in 2015 and while working with another elite Home Builder as a warranty manager for a few years he has found himself with Coleman Fine Homes. Dennis has always been a people pleaser and has an unmatched attention for detail. With a more personal approach to home building and his no nonsense attitude, he’s ready to help our homeowners every step of the way.

Jakes father's career as a marine biologist and his mother's role as a physical therapist instilled in him a deep appreciation for the outdoors, and the importance of helping others at a young age. During high school he was a mate on an offshore fishing boat for a seasoned local captain. After graduating from Laney High School, he went on to UNCW to attain a business degree in entrepreneurship and business administration. After graduating college, he decided to stay in the fishing industry. He spent the next five summers in Alaska as a fishing guide at remote fly-in camps. During the off season he was the captain of a barge for a company that specialized in living shorelines, marine hazardous tree removals and natural disaster response.
Guiding has sharpened Jakes customer service skills and ability to adapt to different environments and people. Being a captain has provided him with excellent project management skills, given the responsibilities involved in navigating and coordinating tasks on the water. Jake is proud to have joined the Coleman Fine Homes team where its reputation for innovation, commitment to excellence, and emphasis on fostering a collaborative work culture form a strong team. Jack is eager to leverage his skills and experiences to contribute meaningfully to the team and help drive the company's success.
