David Coleman

As a Wilmington native, David Coleman grew up in his grandfather’s woodshop building birdhouses. This created his passion for craftsmanship and his dream to be a home builder. After a successful academic and athletic high school career at Hoggard High School, he attended college at East Carolina University. In 2013 he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration. David became a licensed General Contractor in 2014 and worked as a Project Manager for a combined four years for two of Wilmington’s premier home builders.
Nash Tillotson
CFO
Nash Tillotson was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, and has spent nearly all of his childhood and adult years in various parts of the state. After wrapping up his time at Hoggard High School, Nash attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where in 2016 he acquired his Bachelor's degree in History. It was during his time at UNC, while working at another premiere home building company, that Nash realized his true dream of returning to school to acquire an advanced degree and enter the world of accounting. Nash pursued and satisfied this dream when he went to graduate school and received his Masters of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University in 2017. Upon graduation, Nash moved to Virginia Beach where he cut his teeth and gained experience as a member of a highly dynamic team at an elite regional accounting firm based in Norfolk, Virginia. During his time in Virginia Beach while sharpening his skills and general business knowledge, he earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which he maintains annually. When the opportunity was presented to bring his abilities and experience home to Wilmington and work for Coleman Fine Homes, it was a no brainer. Nash is thrilled to be a part of the team and have the privilege to work for a person and company whose values he's seen and believed in for a long time.
Robbie Wigal
Project Manager
Robbie is originally from High Point, North Carolina and has lived in the Wilmington area since 2016. His love for the coastal region of the state drove him to move to the area in efforts to enjoy doing what he loves most: fishing, hunting and spending time on the water. Robbie developed a vast knowledge of construction processes and materials while working for a construction supply company for 8 years after finishing school. He then changed paths, entering the Maritime Industry, where he specialized in supplying container ships and offshore vessels with Deck and Engine supplies, ensuring customers had what they needed during their voyage. Robbie has excelled in customer service, team management as well as vendor relations throughout his career. His attention to detail and dedicated work ethic have led him to a career with Coleman Fine Homes where he is able to manage the build process, ensuring that our customer's satisfaction comes first.
Will Davis
Project Manager
Will Davis was born and raised in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The Davis family was involved in the building and developing business as early as the 1950's in the Moore County region. A graduate of NC State University in agriculture, Will has recently had a successful management career in the poultry industry. Outside of work, will and his wife Duvall, have a love for their time spent with family at the coast. Excited about his family background in the construction trade, Will has joined the team as a project manager. Will is looking forward to being a part of the Wilmington community and assisting Coleman Fine Homes in its growth as a premier home builder in the area.
Rudy Rogers
Project Manager
Rudy is a 3rd generation Wilmingtonian, he received his construction management degree from Cape Fear Community College. He has been in various different fields of construction for the past fifteen years. Rudy enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the beautiful area that we live. He also love helping with lots of projects and activities at his church.
Rebekah Fry
Selections Coordinator/Interior Design
Rebekah Fry was born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina. She graduated from JT Hoggard High school. She went on to East Carolina University graduating with a major in Interior Design and a minor in Business. Rebekah has always enjoyed being creative and innovative. She has a passion for interior design and always knew that’s where she can express her creativity. She was the Head Designer for a well established design firm locally, but when she saw the opportunity to join the team at Coleman Fine Homes she couldn’t pass it up. Not only to broaden her design career, but also to work with such a hardworking and passionate team to guarantee each and every home is beautiful. She expresses it’s important to listen to every homeowner’s wants and needs, while also guiding them to make decisions so their dream home becomes a reality.
Anna Astarita
Pre-Construction Specialist
Anna was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City. She moved with her family to the Wilmington area in 2016. After helping her parents decorate their new home, Anna found a love for design and subsequently attended Cape Fear Community College. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associates Degree in Applied Science with a major in Interior Design and a minor in NKBA Kitchen and Bathroom Design. After graduating college, Anna went on to pursue her passion for building and design and worked for both a local Wilmington builder and an established interior design firm.
She is very excited about being a part of the Coleman Fine Homes team and is looking forward to sharing her experience and expertise in design, organization ability and attention to detail. Anna is engaged and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, their families and their two dogs.
Austin Hurley
Warranty
Austin is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina; and has lived in Wilmington for the past four years where he majored in Communication Studies at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Austin enjoys all that the coast has to offer, including; fishing, hunting, and time spent with friends and family on the beach. Austin’s desire to work in the construction field comes from his previous employment experience of working as a farm manager for a Wilmington native. Austin excels in customer communication, team development, and organizational skills. He is looking forward to developing his skills and trade as a valued member of the Coleman Fine Homes team.
