"As we approach the closing of our new home in Ocean Ridge, we would like to thank David Coleman and his team for their professionalism throughout this process. When we came to David with incomplete plans and a vision, he said he could make it happen. David helped us navigate the Ocean Ridge architectural guidelines so we would not have repeated rejections by the review committee. When we presented him with a feature wall for our great room, that we had seen online, his team was willing to tackle it. Fred and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. From a financial perspective, we felt the pricing for our new house was reasonable and both David and Nash were very fair regarding change orders in which we both added and deleted the scope from the original contract. There were a couple of issues that developed during the course of construction after we had signed the contract. David and Nash could have taken a rigid position and said “Read your contract!” But instead, they worked with us to reach highly satisfactory resolutions! We appreciated the use of Buildertrend. It created a record of all communication, selections, and finances. The calendar kept us up to date with what was happening and the pictures were helpful when we were traveling. We would like to thank Rebecca for her help through the selection process. She met us at each of the vendors and guided us through the process. She was willing to meet us at our apartment and at the house whenever we were struggling with choices. I’m sure your new design center will make her job much easier. Finally, we owe a large thank you to our project manager, Will. He met with us bi-weekly at the house to review the progress. He was patient as we asked many questions, and helped us through any changes or concerns we had. Will was on hand to make sure everything was to our liking and completed a lot of the finishing touches himself. He even polished our brass sconces the way his grandmother taught him. Throughout this process there has been one person in your company who was always there.
