"Now that we have taken possession of the house, I would like to express how pleased Betty and I are with the entire process and experience. Frankly, we were very concerned about constructing a house long-distance in an area where we had no connections and relationships. But over the past year your team gained our trust and made the entire process very smooth. They always made us feel as though they had our best interest at heart, and collaborated to ensure that every decision point was mutually beneficial.
Brinsley L.
Although everyone whom we met in your organization was helpful and professional, I would like to single out the two team-members with whom we had the most interaction.
Rebekah was the first person we met. She patiently and competently guided us through the selection process, while providing meaningful feedback along the way. She always had a positive and helpful attitude while making herself available whenever needed. As a very knowledgeable and competent professional she was always a delight to work with.
We had the most interactions with Will as he was the face of the project to us. He listened very carefully and was able to track the details, although he was juggling other projects simultaneously. He is a very knowledgeable professional, and his positive and caring demeanor reassured us every step of the way that we were in good hands. And indeed, we were. The finished product met and exceeded our expectations.
You should be very proud of the team you have assembled at Coleman Fine Homes. They represent you very well and have gone a long way to establishing your company’s credibility and reputation in our eyes. As such, I would be very happy to serve as a reference to future customers if you so desire.
Thanks again for delivering a great product. We are most pleased."
Good morning gentlemen, We are in the final stages of the build, just cleaning up minor warranty stuff. Dennis has been great. He has addressed any issues quickly and efficiently. He was a real pleasure to work with. Dennis was a big help with repainting the home, which is what we just finished. The paint looks great, what a difference! Cant thank you guys and the entire staff at Coleman enough for all they have done. We often see your trucks and signs around the area. Its great to see the growth and success of Coleman fine homes. Good luck to you all , we wish you the best…

I wanted to thank you for honoring your commitment to uphold the courtesies and warranties of my home that you provided, and we appreciate the fact that you have done so. I see many new homes being built in my community by CFH and wish you and your company much success with your projects. I also am not sure if we told you but your staff and especially our project manager Justin went over and above to accommodate us and help make the difference in our building process.
Sincerely
Robert & Wendy P.
Hi David,
Delany
Sam has been great to work with in the pre-construction build selection phase!
Hi Dave - We are so happy with how our house is coming along. It's looking awesome! Warm regards, Lori
Lori G.
"Working with Sam was a pleasure and she made things easy. My wife really enjoyed her and appreciated the time and effort she put in with us. We have only spoken with Justin a couple of times but can already tell we will have the same experience with him."
Rob C.
“Hi David, I just wanted to express how much we appreciate all of the people that we worked with in your company. Rudy Rogers was exceptional, he made a tough job seem a lot easier. He answered every question that we had, he was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again for a job well done."

Hey David,
Becca B.
Can you believe it? I'm MOVED IN! It's crazy and I think I'm still in denial I live here!! If you remember when we met in January, I gave you all my stressors about switching builders etc etc---but coming to you all was the BEST decision I could have made for myself. I am so grateful you took me on, and I have been in such great care with your team. Austin, Rebekah and Sam have just been absolute ANGELS to work with, and you really can't say that about that many people. ha! They have been helpful in their guidance, great listeners, responsive and the list goes on and on. Also, Jake, Dennis and Marc helped out and they were ALL also fantastic.
Thanks a million and also thanks for the Coleman giftbag of swag,
Becca B.
"We wanted to let you know that we sincerely believe Justin is an outstanding addition to your team. His exceptional communications skills, proactive approach and dedication to ensuring everything runs smoothly have been truly commendable. We are so thankful for Justin's attention to detail, his ability to offer his expert opinion when asked, and his ability to just pick up the phone and get things done has been invaluable."
Bill & Eileen W
"We are very appreciative of the work done and work to be done in order to get the water flow situation under control. Most importantly, we are very thankful to David for making this decision, as I feel (we’ve built 4 other homes) other builders would not necessarily continue a builder/client relationship in such a professional way. Thanks to all of you at CFH for your support."

"As we approach the closing of our new home in Ocean Ridge, we would like to thank David Coleman and his team for their professionalism throughout this process. When we came to David with incomplete plans and a vision, he said he could make it happen. David helped us navigate the Ocean Ridge architectural guidelines so we would not have repeated rejections by the review committee. When we presented him with a feature wall for our great room, that we had seen online, his team was willing to tackle it. Fred and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. From a financial perspective, we felt the pricing for our new house was reasonable and both David and Nash were very fair regarding change orders in which we both added and deleted the scope from the original contract. There were a couple of issues that developed during the course of construction after we had signed the contract. David and Nash could have taken a rigid position and said “Read your contract!” But instead, they worked with us to reach highly satisfactory resolutions! We appreciated the use of Buildertrend. It created a record of all communication, selections, and finances. The calendar kept us up to date with what was happening and the pictures were helpful when we were traveling. We would like to thank Rebecca for her help through the selection process. She met us at each of the vendors and guided us through the process. She was willing to meet us at our apartment and at the house whenever we were struggling with choices. I’m sure your new design center will make her job much easier. Finally, we owe a large thank you to our project manager, Will. He met with us bi-weekly at the house to review the progress. He was patient as we asked many questions, and helped us through any changes or concerns we had. Will was on hand to make sure everything was to our liking and completed a lot of the finishing touches himself. He even polished our brass sconces the way his grandmother taught him. Thank you again. Our door is always open to all of you. Looking forward to moving in and enjoying our new home."

"As we close in on our final days of our build .We wanted to reach out and thank you David & Nash as well as Anna, Rebekah ,Sam ,and especially Rudy for all their assistance and hard work .The entire staff and all of the vendors have made the process enjoyable and easy .This was our first time building a home and it can be a stressful .From our first phone call to Anna to our last walk through ,the entire staff worked diligently with us throughout the build. They removed any stress and put us at ease.. Anna was always accessible via phone. She answered any questions and addressed any concerns quickly. Rudy was great !He always made himself available to us via text ,phone call and even meeting us at the homesite for questions or concerns. He was very thorough , honest ,easy to talk to and really just a pleasure to work with. Building a home appears to be a complicated juggling act and things don’t always go as planned. But anytime something off script came up, Rudy always had an answer and a plan to resolve any unforeseen circumstances that arose. We appreciate everything that you have done on your end as well. We felt you were extremely fair regarding change orders and pricing on additions to the home as well. Rebekah and Sam were so helpful in what may have been the most stressful part of the build .They simplified the process and offered great input and ideas . They too were always made available to us. We can’t wait to take ownership of our new home and hit the beach with our new Coleman gift bag! Thank you for that as well. Please stay in touch and reach out if there is anything we can ever do for any of you or your staff!"
Joseph and Kerry M.
"Michel and are are CLOSING on our house on Friday!! I want to send you a big THANK YOU to Rebekah for all of your input and patience. In the end we are really happy with the house and the selections. I absolutely love the master bath. Kitchen is great...Thank you once again!!!"
Lisa V.
“It has been great working with your team. Rebekah and Sam made the selection process go smoothly. They are very knowledgeable, and their continued help was greatly appreciated. We were also pleased when the ARB approved our requested exterior changes, including the 3-car garage and that your team began work immediately after approval. The trees are down, and it looks like they are getting ready to grade the property. Thanks for all your help. We continue to remain excited as the build continues.”
Bill W.
"I’ve know David for years and I trust him without fail. He treats my clients the way I treat my clients. Like family."
Steve P.
"We just wanted to reach out to tell you that both Robbie and Dennis were very helpful in resolving our hot water issue. Robbie responded quickly and professionally. He was able to assess the situation and find a solution. He sent Dennis to our house to complete the work with the plumbers. While here, Dennis also adjusted a cabinet that was previously repaired. He contacted the cabinet company and made the necessary adjustments. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Dennis. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He seems to be a great fit for the Coleman team. Thank you for building a team to provide the services we have come to expect from Coleman Fine Homes."

Hello David,
Trotta Family
Justin completed the drywall walk through with Marc Curnal our Project Manager. The house looks absolutely beautiful and Marc was great to work with. My wife Sherrylynn and I have built several homes over the years and working with Coleman Fine Homes was a nice experience, and Marc was a pleasure to work with these past several months. He has in-depth knowledge of the building process and he kept us informed about any issues that came up along the way.
Cannot wait to move in!!!
Thanks again!
Lou & Sherrylynn
So onward and upward, I met with Robbie Wigal in March and signed the contract with Coleman Fine Homes. I’ve had a wonderful experience with your staff and couldn’t be happier with how my plans turned out. I actually like this home better than my prior plans (bigger porch and sun room), so I’m very excited about that. Working with Robbie and Rebekah has been an absolute pleasure. And the rest of the team including Sarah, Hannah, and Nash are all so responsive.
Denise Norton
Thank you David and thank you to your amazing team. I can’t wait to kick off my build with Coleman Fine Homes!

We will definitely pass on positive reviews for your company through the neighborhood!
Thank you to everyone at Coleman for making this experience easy and enjoyable!
Erik & Stephanie O.
We very much appreciate your team’s dedication to creating beautiful homes and your expertise in their construction.
We can’t wait for next week and our walk-through.
My husband and I recently completed building our dream home in North Carolina while living in Connecticut, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience with Coleman Fine Homes. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the entire process as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
Christine & Tom F.
First and foremost, our project manager, Austin Hurley, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. No matter what question or concern we had, Austin was there to address it promptly and with thoughtful solutions. His attention to detail and commitment to quality truly stood out.
We were also fortunate to work with Rebekah Fry, our design consultant. Rebekah’s talent and insight were instrumental in bringing our vision to life. She quickly understood our design preferences and was an invaluable sounding board throughout the entire selection process. Her guidance helped us make choices that were not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical for our lifestyle.
One of the most impressive aspects of our experience was their ability to meet—and exceed—our expectations on timeline. We were given a deadline that, quite honestly, we thought was going to be impossible to meet. But Coleman Fine Homes didn’t just meet it—they finished the build earlier than expected! Their efficiency, organization, and dedication to completing the project on time (and ahead of schedule) truly blew us away.
The entire team at Coleman Fine Homes—starting with the project management and extending to the design team—provided exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. They are a true testament to what high-quality, customer-oriented companies should look like. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home. They made our dream home a reality with professionalism, care, and unparalleled expertise.
On behalf of the Porters Neck HOA, I would like to sincerely thank you for the respectful and professional manner in which your recent builds have been conducted within the community.
Porters Neck HOA
Multiple neighboring homeowners have taken the time to share positive feedback regarding:
• The orderly and well maintained site conditions
• The courtesy and professionalism shown by your staff
• The overall respect demonstrated toward the surrounding homes and residents
We greatly appreciate your attention to detail and your thoughtful approach to working within an established community. These efforts do not go unnoticed and help foster a positive relationship between builders and residents.
Thank you again for your professionalism and cooperation. We look forward to continued positive interactions.
"We appreciate everything you have done to help us through the roofing issues.
Lisa & Pete N.
Dennis has been tremendous throughout, and an incredible “face” for Coleman Fine Homes.
It’s rare to experience customer service these days, but Dennis has gone above and beyond, and we are simply blown away with his follow up and help. A quality we have always believed your team provided and lived by throughout our build. We just didn’t know what to expect post warranty! We’re reinforced in our belief that we choose the right builder.
Thank you and your team for helping us."
“We can’t say enough great things about Austin. Throughout the construction of our new, beautiful home, he consistently showed himself to be a true professional. He is a great communicator, remained compassionate to our concerns, and was always very responsive to any questions we had.
Alex & Dolores L.
One of the highlights of our experience was Austin’s dedication during our site visits. Whenever we came to visit at different intervals of construction, Austin was always present to show us around and go over every single detail. He was never in a rush, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed at every stage.
Even after the construction was officially completed, Austin’s commitment to excellence didn't stop. He came back multiple times to address any of our post-completion concerns and needs, proving that he truly cares about the quality of the final product and the satisfaction of the homeowners. We are so happy with our new home and highly recommend Austin and the Coleman Fine Homes team.”
Thank you Austin and team Coleman!
"David and his team were a pleasure to work with. Rudy our superintendent was always very responsive and helped walk us through every step of the construction process. I’ve worked with other builders and Rudy Rogers' easy going nature and attention to detail helped us build the house we always dreamed of. Thanks Rudy and Coleman Fine Homes."

Mr. David Coleman – Coleman Fine Homes, LLC
Jim and Cindy J
It has been three months since we moved into our new Coleman built home in Sea Trail at Sunset Beach. The home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations in quality, appearance and functionality. We have had and continue to receive positive comments from the community and people driving by on the placement of the home on the lot, as well as the sheer beauty of the home. Because of all the positive comments and the excitement of living in such a well built home, Coleman Fine Homes should be commended for their expertise in building this exquisite home.
We would like to specifically mention individuals and businesses who in our opinion performed their job in a superb, efficient and professional manner. We cannot express how much these individuals and businesses positively impacted the build of our home. Project Manager Marc Curnal – This was Marc’s first home to build for Coleman Fine Homes and he came through with flying colors. Marc’s considerable building knowledge, excellent listening and communication skills, strong organizational ability and great personality was parament in completing, in our opinion, Coleman Fine Homes finest built home. An absolute superb Project Manager! We also wanted to give a positive nod to Emery, who assisted Marc, at times, during this build. Sam Stepahin – Sam assisted and was helpful in our selections with the various suppliers and was attentive when we had concerns or changes to our selections. Nash Tillotson – Nash was our financial go to person when paying our bills for our new home. Nash was always responsive to questions and kept us up to date on our payment schedule. He made the payment process very transparent and less stressful.
Last but not least we would like to thank David Coleman, Robbie Wigal and Anna Saucier for their expertise in designing our home and arranging for all the permits through the various local agencies required to build our home.
With great appreciation,
Jim and Cindy J
WE are moving in today and wanted to say Thank you and phrases for my top notch team, they were all great. The house is beautiful! Thank you Nash, Dustin, Anna and Rebekah. - Ron and Stephanie

I want to extent a big thank you to everyone. We were at a neighborhood picnic over the weekend. We got to hear everybody complain about their builder. Not us! We have the BDBITL. (Best damn builder in the land). -T McDonald

"Dustin;
Rick C
Your ongoing progress reports and updated photos continue to be both informative and timely. I want to thank you again for the pre-drywall walkthrough we recently completed. Your expertise, tradecraft and attention-to-detail was greatly appreciated as you ensured we covered every room, multiple times for completeness. It was a lot to process, but I left better informed and happy at the end.
I was also impressed with the rapport you have with the various trades who were working at the house at our follow-on meeting. During this walkthrough, you and the electrician walked me through a couple of areas to clarify and agree upon wiring and outlet options and final placement.
One last thing. I routinely share your photos with friends and family. Their comments routinely compliment the overall design asthetics and quality, inside and out, as well as the pace of construction in some challenging weather which makes me happy. They also remark how the construction area is always clean and squared away, both inside and out. I hope this makes you and Mr. Coleman happy as well as it does me.
best regards;
Rick C."
Thank you for assigning us Dustin. He is doing a great job! - Ron M.

You will find no finer, more reliable, more conscientious builder than David Coleman. Coleman built our house in Ocean Ridge in 2021. This was the third house we had built and the fifth house we have owned. He was the only builder we can truly say worked "for" us and wanted us to be happy. David made the process fun and stress free!!!
The Clover Family
Thank you for what you all have done for us. We can’t thank you enough for making this process run so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team! I can’t wait for you to see our new home! I definitely have plans to invite you all over once all our furniture is delivered.
Greg and Jill R.
"Thank you, David. You guys have been a true class act. "
Ryan M.
"After working with Rebekah these last few days, I wanted to let you know how wonderful she was to work with. She is a very sweet and professional young lady and was a joy to work with. Her input and suggestions were invaluable whenever I was "stuck". She is a great asset to your team and I wanted you to know I appreciated having her at the selection appointments."
Chris H.
"I just wanted to send you a note to thank you all for building our dream home. We had a great experience having our home built by Coleman Fine Homes. My neighbors have commented on how neat and respectful the build crews were during the construction of the house. We have recommended Coleman Fine Homes to other people and I'm sure that we will recommend you to many more. Again, thank you for everything!"
Bill M.
“We continue to be very pleased with the home you built for us as we enjoy our new community here in North Carolina.”
Tom D.
"Coleman Fine Homes is currently building our new home and we couldn't be happier with their quality, professionalism, and process. Everyone has been so helpful right from the design stage, the finance process, the selection process, the project manager and ALL of their staff. If you're thinking of building a new home, you need to check them out."
Cindy M.
"We are so glad Will is working with us. You knocked it out of the park with that hire. His customer handling is about the best I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing."
Doug V.
“I am thrilled how the house is coming a long and I am happy to be working with Will. He is awesome.”

Pete and Lisa N.
"We just want to let you know how much we appreciate all your great work and attention to detail with the selection process and working with us concerning the allowances, etc. We are excited about the next steps!"
Lee and Leo K.
"David, I wanted to take a moment to let you know after spending almost two full days with Rebekah, how much Steve and I have valued her support throughout the design process. Rebekah has allowed us room to ‘debate’ our personal preferences, listened carefully and then helped to steer us both to a cohesive selection adding her input as warranted. I know from 40 years of managing an international team how difficult this can be and she has executed her role really well."
Carol R.
“She said she was very impressed with you and how you represented Coleman Fine Homes. She couldn't say enough good things about you. She said you know your stuff. She's excited to work with you and the company and hopefully continue to have the opportunity in the future too.
Paula H.
Coming from the Corporate business world in my career, I know how important it is to receive compliments for your work and know you are appreciated. Kudos to you & thank you!”
"“The house is looking great, and Robbie has been outstanding on resolving all questions and issues.“
George H.
"Coleman Fine Homes has been great to work with from day one. We met with several builders before deciding David was the right fit for us. We felt like he understood what we wanted, and he was able to make changes to a floorplan we liked and turn it in to the house we wanted. Will Hodges, our project manager, was very patient with us and kept us updated with photos throughout the process. Thank you, David, Will and everyone at Coleman Fine Homes for giving us our dream home!"
Craig and Paula D.
"First, I want to thank you and Coleman Fine Homes for our new home which we moved into in March. Overall we are very pleased with our house and we especially appreciate Will Hodges. Will has been great to work with and has been most attentive throughout our building process. All in all, I think you have a five star company and I plan to give your company a five-star rating"
Mark H.
"We are thrilled with our new home in Winding River built by David Coleman. He worked with us extensively to develop a floor plan which met our needs for size, placement and to maximize our view and setting. The home was then constructed with attention to quality and efficient scheduling. Throughout the process, he was very responsive and easy to work with. His staff were all a pleasure to work with, as well. In particular, Robbie Wigal, our project manager, was excellent. We highly recommend David Coleman as a home builder!"
Dave and Barbara L.
"Rebekah and Jacquelyn were awesome today! Extremely helpful in presenting various options for all the fixture and lighting picks today."
Dave and Jody D.
"Things are wrapping up quickly and I just want to say how pleased I am with the house. It exceeds my expectations!! Thank you so very much! Hope we haven't been a bother!"
Terrie L.
"Working with Robbie while building our new house was a pleasure. He did a great job and continues to be on top of things. We appreciate all the help through the building process."
Joseph B.
"David Coleman creates superior quality custom homes time and time again. Our company has had the privilege of working with Coleman Fine Homes on several projects over the past 3 years and each time, we are blown away by the attention to detail and timeless design elements in his projects. We couldn't recommend him highly enough."
Erin S.
"My wife and I had been designing our custom home for a few years and we met with several builders along the way. Ultimately, choosing David and Coleman Fine Homes turned out to be the best decision we made. Him and his team were able to complete the build ahead of schedule and any changes or updates along the way were discussed and agreed upon. The job site was always clean and neighborhood guidelines were met, saving us time and money. David was able to consult with us on options but allowed us to stay focused on the things that were important to us without steering us away or following his own agenda. Highly Recommend!"
Mike and Lauren B.
"Choosing a builder is so very important, especially when living in another state. I want to take a moment and comment on our experience over the past sixteen months.
Jim T
Starting with you David, your vision, attention to detail and generosity in providing extras, or going the extra mile, is truly noticed and appreciated. Early in the process, when we had questions, you even invited us into your home to discuss the issues. You were always patient with us through our numerous questions.
Throughout this process there has been one person in your company who was always there. He always accepted my texts and calls, and we worked together through many hours, it seemed, to get things accomplished, and to keep the house project moving forward. That person is Nash Tillotson. I can not say enough about Nash. If I were starting a business, I would want him as a part of my team. Always kind and polite, but always trying to get the job accomplished.
Lastly, I would like to talk about our construction manager. Unfortunately, we had three over the course of our project, but the one assigned three months from the date of our completion, Rudy Rogers, is outstanding! He was very communicative with us. He sent pictures and messages regularly, keeping us apprised of the progress. Rudy ALWAYS went above and beyond on trying to meet our requests. He would keep working at it until he got it right! Rudy always responded to texts/calls, was respectful, and the ultimate professional. You are lucky to have Rudy on your team. He is definitely a huge asset.
We love our new home! Thanks to the Coleman Fine Home team for a job well done!"
"Our home is beautiful, and we are more than happy. I hope you are able to get many new buyers/upgrades by showing it. We have been touting Coleman on the Riversea website and have heard from many that have walked through (unofficially) how beautiful the home is. We can't wait to move in later next year."
David and Carrie W.
"We all enjoyed our “reveals” this weekend. Thank you for your help to pull our houses together!….Rebekah and Sam are real gems!"
Fred & Trish B., Al & Vicki C.
"All our dealings with one of your newest team members have been great. Jack has been courteous, detailed and has great follow through."
Vivian and Brian H.
"We wanted to thank you and your company for a wonderful build experience. The smooth process and wonderful communication throughout made for a seamless and enjoyable experience. And then there is Rudy! I’ll think of him every time I look at the mailbox! LOL…Thanks again Rudy!! Rudy was kind, patient and very attentive throughout all stages of the build. He’s been a solid support system throughout and for that we are truly grateful. Again.. we thank the team and we are “over the moon” thrilled with our new home."
Stephanie and Valentino L.
“You and your staff have been awesome to work with. All the best.“
Vivian and Brian
"David & Team, well the day we have been waiting for is here! We are so very happy to close on our beautiful new home today. We want to thank each, and every one of you for your role and all that you did to make this dream home come true for us. It takes teamwork to make this come true. We LOVE our new house! We had a few bumps along the way, which is expected, but you addressed them & made sure that our expectations were met & that we were happy with the results. We are so proud to own this beautiful house & again we thank you for all the hard work.
Tom and Cindy M.
We'd like to add a special thank you to Austin for stepping in at the end to cover for Will so that the last finishing weeks could continue on to meet our target date. We highly recommend Coleman Fine Homes to anyone thinking of building a new home."
" We want you to know what an outstanding job Austin has been doing for us. From day one, he made it very clear that during this process he would be there to make sure our needs were met, and our concerns addressed. He told us that his goal was to make sure we would be nothing less than happy and satisfied as the build progressed. Honestly, I cannot think of one time that he has let us down. Instead, he has far exceeded our expectations. His communication with us has been outstanding, his follow-up is reliable and his effort to find satisfactory solutions and resolutions to any issue has made working with him a very pleasant and enjoyable experience for us. The entire job site is impressively run like a well-oiled machine. He has great rapport with the subs, the site is always left clean at the end of the day and the neighbors are beyond impressed with him and Coleman Fine Homes as a whole. All that said, the home looks incredible, we’re so excited!!"
Victoria H.
"After our initial meeting with David, we were pretty sure that we had found our builder. After several telephone conferences with David regarding the building plans we knew we were in good hands. Thank you!"
Bill M.
"I am looking forward to working with your team on our new home, so far so good. Rebekah was great, and all of your vendors were also very nice and accommodating. We feel really good about our selections so far. The Buildertrend program is also very good, easy to navigate and keeps everything in one place , I really like that."
Tim & Annemarie L
"I wanted to thank you as you are showing once again that you are definitely the best builder, and we are so happy to have chosen Coleman Fine Homes for our dream house."
Michel V.
"Your team has done a great job and I'm confident we will have a smooth closing. A special thanks to Rebekah for all her help during the selection process and to Robbie for keeping us constantly updated throughout the process and his prompt responses to our inquiries."

Robert H.
"Here to confirm all our stuff was taken care of, big thanks to Austin for handling so quickly and thoroughly. Really appreciate you guys!"
Casey B.
"Donna and I visited the house this past weekend, and met with Rudy for the first time in person. We wanted to pass along to all of you that we really appreciate all the efforts that have been put forth, especially over the past 30 days! We know you all have had a significant part in the progress that has been made over that time. The house looks great! We also want you to know that Rudy has been awesome as well!"
Jim and Donna T
“Will has been AMAZING this whole process!"
Matt P.
"I wish we could thank each of your sub-contractors personally. We love the quality of the work and how everything looks. Thank you!"
Bill M.
"We had a great relationship with Robbie. He met with us every two weeks on the phone and kept us up to date on everything that was going on. We had lots of questions. Most of the questions he was able to answer right away. The ones that he didn't know the answer to, he researched and got right back to us with the answer. We really enjoyed working with Robbie. Thank you!"

To the Golden Team,
Lou & Sherrylynn
We want to thank you for supporting us in creating our custom home. Through all of our design experiences together, you helped inspire and build the golden home of our dreams — and perhaps a design inspiration for others as well. We look forward to enjoying many golden years in our home.
A special thank you to Rebekah, our designer, and Marc, our project manager, for helping to bring everything across the finish line.
Congratulations and kudos to the team!
Ann and I just completed our selection meetings with Rebekah. We had anticipated the process would be both challenging and exhausting. Instead, it turned out to be an exceptional experience.
Ed & Ann Miller
We wanted to recognize Rebekah for her outstanding professionalism, expertise, and interpersonal skills. She made what we expected to be a difficult process remarkably easy and extremely enjoyable. The experience was far more than productive—it was genuinely exciting. Ann left each day overwhelmed with happiness and even more excited about building our home. Rebekah is an exceptional representative of Coleman Fine Homes and a tremendous asset to both your company and your clients.
We were also highly impressed with your industry partners for cabinetry, tile, and plumbing fixtures. Each was first-class, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. It is clear that Coleman has assembled an outstanding team of professionals who share the same commitment to quality and customer service.
Thank you to you and your entire team for continuing to make this such an exciting and enjoyable experience. We look forward to the next steps in building our home.
Ed and Ann M.
